We are always looking for houses to buy in Northern Colorado, and we would
love to pay you to help us. We will pay you for each home that you give us information about if we actually purchase
the house and close. We will pay a finders fee of $500 for each house you refer to us that we buy and
close.

It does not matter what condition the house is in or how much it costs—we
work with houses in any condition or price range. If you tell us about a house that we do not know about and we buy
it and close, you get paid. It is that simple!
As real estate investors, we need to buy houses, and every deal we make
is valuable to us. We want to make sure that you keep giving us information on houses, so you can be assured that we
will pay. We want and need your help, and if we do not pay you, you will not help us, so we stand by our word.
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you are walking the neighborhood, jogging or running
errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner
(FRBO) or vacant…
It is that easy!
To get started now, simply follow the easy 4-step process:
1. Register with Fair Real Estate Investors, LLC
Register by completing and submitting the Cash Rewards Registration form.
You may download and/or print the Registration form and mail it to us. We need your complete name, address, and phone number
so that we know where to mail the checks. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a confirmation
and password via email. As soon as you receive it, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program.
Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

2. Find leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner,
For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and duplexes that are in Northern
Colorado, in any condition or price range.
Keep a notebook with you, and whenever you are driving, riding or walking and
see a house that fits in one of these categories, or if you hear that someone is selling a house on his or her own (without
a real estate agent), write down the address and person’s name and contact information. (We can even work with
just the address, if necessary.)
3. Refer leads to us
Submit our simple Cash Reward Referral Form online. We will drive by the house(s) and review our database for duplicates. If we do not have the house(s), we will email you
a Cash Reward Confirmation stating that we have added the house to our system with your name assigned, and we will begin the
process of locating and contacting the owner to try and buy the property. (If we already have information on the house,
we will tell you that too.) If we are successful in purchasing the house and closing, we will pay you $500!
4. Get the cash!
Within one week of closing on a home
purchase, we will mail your check to the address provided on your registration form. (Please be sure to tell us if you move.)
Sometimes
you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name,
it stays in our database until we buy the house.
